The main building is on two floors with entrances both on the ground floor and lower floor levels. The lower floor which is reached externally by a set of marble steps, is dedicated to a large living space that makes the most of EVITA’s unique location with large full length glass windows that offer a transparent sensation of natural light and are a constant reminder of one’s place.
Upon entering this level you meet a professionally equipped kitchen with state of the art cooking facilities and equipment. A service window allows for meals to be served swiftly and easily onto the fine quality white enamelled dining table and custom made white leather chairs.
The master bedroom is on the far end of this floor decorated too in large white tiled floors and full length windows that allow you to constantly enjoy the fine views. It has its own small balcony that one can step out onto the garden lawn from or go down to the plunge pool and beach levels. The en-suite bathroom is a masterpiece in itself with double wash basins, a large glass door power shower and a massage relax bathtub all in white marble and beige finishing touches.
For your pleasure and entertainment the lower ground floor also houses a Turkish steam room whose temperature you can regulate to suit your preference, a high-tech smart TV and 3D Cinema
The ground floor level houses two bedrooms with two small en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom features a double bed, personal cupboard space and has its own TV.
The ground floor also has its own open plan living room and service kitchen space. From here one has views of the sea as well as kitchen access to the main outdoor entrance area and outer ground level veranda and patio.
The ground floor can be reached directly from another street entrance through a covered all-weather protected corridor or internally by a wooden staircase leading up from the lower ground floor living spaces.
