Pepe’s villa is a very beautiful, with love renovated village house, with people who adore this place and Corfu island (not greeks) and with an unbelievable sea view. It is located in Loustri village, on the Northeast part of Corfu island, on the top of Kalami beach, where there is a shortcut for walkers and cars.

There are 2 bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and one with twin beds), bathroom with bath, separated shower, WC and basin. En-suite WC and basin to the main bedroom. Rooms open to balconies with the fantastic view. Smart TV in guestroom. Kitchen offers refrigerator, stovetops, microwaves and cookware utensils. Outside the house towards the sea there is a small pool 4,5 m x 1,4 and 1,6 deep. It has no shallow end and has a bungee rope for non stop swimming. Outside is also a shower and BBQ, large table, chairs, sunbeds and 3 sun umbrellas.

Agni and Gialiskari (NE part) beaches are within 15 min walk, 5 min drive. Kalami is 25 min walk and 5 min drive. Steep climb back :(. Supermarkets deliver to the villa. It is a great spot for walkers in low season time. Privat yoga teacher by appointment is available at the villa. Wifi and Air condition in a very good quality.
