La Riviera apartments are a new built seaside residences situated in an olive grove of Barbati beach with fantastic view to the coastline from the large terraces and gardens that stretch to the beach.

Facilities include a large swimming pool with childrens pool, bar and restaurant. Possibility of breakfast on request in the Nautylus Snack Bar Restaurant

Apartments are airconditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a spacious living – dining room with sat TV, wifi, a fireplace and private parking.

Type of accommodation:

• studios garden view for 2 adults and child till 12 y.o. – on the ground floor with little garden. Bathroom with shower. AC, safe, iron facilities, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen incl. microwave, toaster…there are also towels for the beach.
• 1 bedroom apartments for 2-3 pax garden view – 2 rooms apartment with 1 separate bedroom, kitchen, living room plus bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace. Again the same facilities as in studio
• 1 bedroom maisonette for 2 adults + 2 children till 12 y.o., garden view – apartment on 2 levels. Ground floor with kitchen living room, wc with washing machine. Sleeping possibility for 2 person on the sofa and the other child on a folded extra bed. On the first floor 1 bedroom plus bathroom with bath, same equipment as studio and apt. Balcony or terrace
• 2 bedroom apartment  for 4 – 5 pax, garden view – apartments with 2 bedrooms plus kitchen, living room. Possibility for sleeping for the 5th person on the sofa. Balcony or Terrace. Garden view. Bathroom with bath, washing machine. The same equipment as the others
• 2 bedroom apartments seafront – the same as the 2 bedroom apt garden view, just with sea view.
• 1 bedroom Maisonettes with private pool for 2 ad + 2 chl till 12 y.o., garden view – the same like the previous maisonette just plus little swimming pool, garden and balcony
• 2 bedroom maisonette with private pool for 4-5 pax, garden view – same as the 1 bedroom maisonette , just on the ground floor kitchen, living room with extra shower and wc, dish washer. On the first floor 2 bedrooms with bathroom. Possibility of 5th person on sofa
• 3 bedroom maisonette with pool max 6 pax, sea view – same as the 2 bedroom maisonette with pool, but with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor one bedroom + 1 bathroom + kitchen, living room, outdoor small swimming pool with garden and terrace. First floor 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and balconies with sea view. There is also washing machine and dishwasher here.
• Prestige villa with 2 bedrooms + private pool (infinity pool) for 5 pax + infant, sea view – villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms {shower}, kitchen, living room, infinity privat pool with garden adn terrace. Sleeping for the 5th perosn on the sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dish washer. The pool can be heated when necessary in the beginning and end of season. Wifi, internet in the villa and Smart Tv

FACILITIES

All the apartments have a parking-spot near the apartment. WIFI-connection outside at the complex free of charge. On the one side we have a swimming-pool with an integrated children-pool and a snack-bar-restaurant. A little play-ground and a ping-pong table (free of charge). On the other end of the complex one Greek restaurant with a little playground.By the beach sun-chairs and umbrellas with charge and by the swimming-pool, free of charge for our guests. It is an apartment-complex and we have no reception only an office.

We provide also baby-cot and baby-chair on request. Free of charge
