Skripero is quite large village in Northwest part of Corfu island, approx. 20 km from the Corfu town. It has rich history and culture and its mostly known for its philharmonic society that was founded in 1909 and is still active and always takes part in the litanies and Corfu celebrations. Skripero displays old Venetian mansions and an excellent folklore tradition.

The village offers fantastic views to the surrounding area and the blue sea father. Very close there is a village Ano Korakiana, but the most important is that it is very very closed to fantastic beaches and places, like Paleokastritsa, Liapades, Sidari, but also to the northwest and northeast part of Corfu.
