These two Villas, built on separate land plots and connected via a pedestrian bridge, are design to offer complete privacy and are located on opposite sides of a gorgeous creek filled with life! Guaranteed you will be intrigued by the abundance of fresh water turtles, the musical little frog community, all the wild water birds and even a very friendly family of water vaults who tend to be very popular with children, especially when, sometimes, one of them dares venture in the garden.
This villa is built on a single floor, with 210 m2 of living space and all bedrooms open up to the outdoor patio and pool area. The Villa is located on a fully fenced land plot of 2500m2. It is accessible through a private road and a remote controlled electrical gate. The house is secured by an alarm system with 24h camera surveillance.
