The apartment has two bedrooms with two small en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom features a double bed, personal cupboard space and has its own TV. Boat cabin like windows looking out to sea give occupants the exciting feeling of travelling whilst staying snug in bed. Both bedrooms are decorated in fresh joyful colours
The ground floor also has its own open plan living room and service kitchen space that offer an added level of independence. From here one has views of the sea as well as kitchen access to the main outdoor entrance area and outer ground level veranda and patio. The ground floor can be reached directly from another street entrance through a covered all-weather protected corridor or internally by a wooden staircase leading up from the lower ground floor living spaces
Outside is paved in natural stone with a striking copy of the ‘Discobolus of Myron’ sculpture greeting you at the entrance. A traditional church bell tower arches over the descending staircase wrapped in a flowering bougainvillea creating a Greek trademark scene.
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a front balcony glass shower cabinet reveal that EVITA really has been created by a mind that knows how to enjoy life. A sheltered outdoor dining table under a four column canopy, a couple of swinging chairs and a cocktail seating area to sink into take care of the rest.
Our cleaning service includes the changing of towels twice during a weekly stay and a three times a week villa clean. Should you require a full time cleaning service please ensure arrangements are made at the time of your booking.
